Our Journey
2006
Forrest Marketing Group (FMG – now Forrest Contact) was launched in 2006. Richard Forrest identified the need for a high-quality outsourced call centre and telemarketing services.
FMG’s aim was to help small businesses (without an internal sales team) to generate sales leads. Due to our success, larger businesses began approaching FMG. These businesses sought a more comprehensive range of call centre services to support their sales and marketing teams. FMG began to work with businesses of all sizes across a broad range of industries. FMG expanded its services to include outsourced sales, inbound customer service and telemarketing services across Australia and New Zealand.
2016
Air Marketing Group was founded in the UK.
The expansion into the UK allows the Group to provide a global solution to our clients. Founders, Richard Forrest and Owen Richards, took the proven processes from FMG and set up Air Marketing in the UK. The Group can now help businesses around the world achieve their global sales, and marketing goals. Similar to FMG, Air Marketing provides B2B business development, appointment setting and telemarketing services.
2024
FMG rebrands to Forrest Contact to better reflect its core mission of ‘Success Through Conversation’ and its expanded services in the contact centre domain. The strategic move aligns with the company’s commitment to delivering exceptional contact centre, lead generation, telemarketing, customer service, and BPO services, primarily focused on companies in Australian and New Zealand.
The rebrand also signifies a progression in the company’s offerings and vision for the future, aiming to attract more clients seeking comprehensive call centre solutions. The change to Forrest Contact marks a new chapter in the company’s journey to become a premier contact centre in Australia.
