We are looking for casual inbound call agents to be a part of our inbound customer service team. Although initially a casual role, it has the potential of becoming permanent. This is a work from home role. Initial hours will be from 20 to 37.5 hours per week during office hours ( 9 am to 5 pm Monday to Friday AEST) and candidates need to be flexible as hours are not always fixed from week to week.  The role involves speaking with customers over the phone and processing information on our database.   • Have a good, clear speaking voice and an ability to listen to what is being said?
  • Look forward to working as a member of a small team of dedicated inbound customer service agents on behalf of a leading financial services provider?
  • Demonstrate the ability to work without immediate supervision and as part of small diverse team, following written or verbal directions?
  • Have accurate computer and transaction processing skills and a willingness to develop those skills?
Requirements:
  • Excellent attention to detail (A MUST)
  • Sound computer processing skills. Must know MS Outlook, Excel, and Word.
  • Decent typing speed [At least 35 wpm]
  • Demonstrated speed, efficiency, and accuracy of data processing.
  • Administrative experience is desirable
  • Ability to work a flexible roster 5 days a week between Monday and Friday
  • Very good cable or NBN Internet, headset and webcam. Two computer monitors is highly desirable but not mandatory.

  • Mostly business to business calling – a mix of warm and cold calling
  • Sales and results focus
